A Patent Application can be filed by first inventor at Indian Patent Office.

Clearing Objections raised by Patent Office.

Patent Application will be published in official journal after expiry of 18 months from date of filing or date of priority of the application (whichever is earlier) containing application details.

Attend Hearing.

Renewal fee is payable from 3rd year onwards.
